groups and members could meet and improve our professional networking
skills.

Meredith Forsythe will present up-to-date tactics and strategies for
initiating, building and managing your professional networking
relationships.

Significant Others, Friends are all welcome for this event. Do you need
some networking tips? This is a great, controlled environment to try out
your “elevator speech” or just to get to know someone in the
business to get your name out there! And we’ll celebrate the
upcoming holidays as well. What more can you ask for?

be interested in car-pooling up to Clearwater

carpooling. This is a great opportunity for a fun evening, learning more
about networking techniques, meeting fellow APICS members from the
Florida West Coast Chapter as well as the Mid-Florida Chapter.
Participants will be there from ISM (formerly NAPM) Tampa,
the Bay Area Manufacturing Association, American
Society for Quality, Society of Professional Consultants, The Association
of Business Process Management Professionals, and the Florida Minority Supplier
Development Council.
About Our Speaker
Meredith
Forsythe is a graduate of Pennsylvania
State University. She began her career as an art
instructor at Boys Middle School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From there she branced
out into marketing management, leading to the founding of “3 Rivers
Magazine.” In less than one
year, the successful publication was sold. Meredith them
moved into the investment, mortgage and insurance industry where she has
been successful for many years, holding positions from account manager to
vice president to owner of her own firm.
Meredith
has produced financial seminars, taught groups of up to 500 people,
created marking training curricula and co-authored policy and procedure
manuals for successful marketing campaigns. Recognized wherever she goes as the “people-person”
Meredith is known as the one with the great positive attitude. She generates a positive working
environment where employees perform at their peak; with enthusiasm, pride
and company loyalty. No matter
what her assignment, Meredith consistently develops the highest producing
group.
